Rainbow Lane is designed with children ages 6 months to 5 years in mind. Open Play includes a 2-hour window of time in our vibrant and fun-filled play space!

While our booking software takes reservations for specific times, we’ve accounted for some overlap, so you get two hours of play from the time of your arrival (until closing) and can come anytime!

• Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility.

• Adults are responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted. 

• All guests are required to sign our release waiver.

• All guests, including adults, must wear socks in the play area. Children's socks must be non-slip. If needed, children’s socks can be purchased at the front desk and we offer complimentary shoe covers for adults.

• All members and open play guests are welcome to enjoy snacks and beverages in the adult seating areas. No food or drink is allowed on the carpeted area of the play space. 

• For the health and safety of all guests, if you or your child(ren) have any signs of illness (runny nose, cough, etc.) please do not visit the play space. We reserve the right to deny entry if anyone in your party shows visible signs of illness. If you’re sick, please make plans to play another day.

• We know potty training is tough! If your little one is not fully potty trained, please use a diaper or pull-up when visiting the space. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 if an accident occurs in our play space. 

Rainbow Lane offers two types of memberships:

• Monthly Membership: Take the hassle out of your membership with monthly auto-renewal that stays on until you cancel! A monthly membership pays for itself on the 4th visit of the month.

• 6-month Membership: Pay upfront for a 6-month membership. It's the cost of 5 months, so you get one month free!

Memberships include a play session every day we’re open, so your little one can play any day!

If you come more than 3 times in a month, it pays for itself. Members can also look out for promo codes to get early access and discounts on special events, and they get 10% off of our base party package!

Babies under 6 months are free as long as they’re accompanying an older sibling. 

We have a dedicated baby area with toys designed just for little ones, so they can join in on the fun, too!

Yes, older siblings are welcome to accompany their younger siblings at Rainbow Lane! While our play space is specifically designed for children ages 0-5, we allow bookings for kids up to age 7 to ensure families can enjoy the experience together. Siblings older than 7 years are welcome to enter at no charge, as long as they are treating the space and toys with respect and using items as intended.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our visitors, we ask that older children be mindful of the smaller ones. If an older child is playing too roughly or disrupting the experience for others, we reserve the right to kindly ask them to leave the play area. Thank you for helping us keep Rainbow Lane a safe and magical space for little ones!

Yes! Please feel free to bring a coffee or snack or any non-alcoholic food/beverage item that you can enjoy in our adult seating areas. We ask that there are no food or beverage items in the play areas. We also sell a few light, pre-packaged snacks in the lobby.

Please keep in mind that we do allow outside food to be brought in and we are not a nut-free facility.

We get it—little ones can be messy, especially during “sniffles season.” That’s why keeping Rainbow Lane clean and safe is our top priority. Here’s how we make sure your kiddos can play worry-free:

• Frequent Cleaning During Play: Our team will clean and sanitize the play space and toys throughout the day during open play.

• Daily Deep Cleaning: After hours, we perform a thorough deep clean, sanitizing every surface and toy to ensure a fresh start for the next day.

• Shoe-Free Zone: To protect our littlest crawlers, the entire play area is a shoe-free zone, helping keep germs off tiny hands.

And when it comes to cleaning products, we don’t compromise. At Rainbow Lane, we use Force of Nature, a kid-safe, powerful cleaning solution.
